A quite different and thought provoking look at history. An easy reading style and I would imagine that lectures where he interacted with the audience would be a great experience.

Well deserving of the great reviews it has received; incredibly well researched. Written in a calm, easy to understand and at times humorous way and I like his consistent use of the pronoun 'she' in preference to 'he' when using illustrative 'real life' scenarios. The writer definitely has a passion for the different topics he addresses in the book. This is a book for those who have an interest in our species and in the different possible directions it is heading.

This is an amazing book. I could hardly bare to put it down. I learned so much about human history, biology, psychology, religion, how the world financial system works - everything! Truly the most enlightening, interesting book I've ever read. I'm going to wait six months and read it again! I thoroughly recommend it to anyone with an inquiring mind.
